What we collect
Only what you choose to type into our forms:
- Tour requests: your name and phone number, how you’d like us to contact you, and, if you choose, your email, who the tour is for, what kind of care you’re looking into, when care might be needed, a preferred day and time, and a short note.
- Referrals: your name, phone and work email, and, if you choose, your organization, role, urgency, general care needs and a short note. We ask you not to include the person’s name or medical details.
- Job applications: your name, email, phone, the position, and, if you choose, your availability, experience, training, a message and a resume.
- Contact messages: your name, your email or phone, and your message.
How we use it
Only to answer your request. When you send a form, it comes to us by email. It isn’t stored on this website. If you give us your email, we send you one copy of your request.
Please don’t send medical details
Please don’t include medical information in our forms. We’ll talk about care needs by phone.
Who helps us run the website
- The website is hosted by Cloudflare.
- Form emails are delivered by Resend, an email delivery service.
- We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t follow you across other websites.
We never sell your details, and we never share them for marketing.
Cookies and your device
We don’t use advertising cookies. Your device remembers your text size and Calm mode choices. If you start a tour request, your answers are kept on your device during your visit, so you don’t lose them. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.
Maps
The Google map loads only if you choose “Show interactive map.” Once it loads, Google’s privacy policy applies.
How long we keep it
We keep form emails only as long as we need them to answer you and follow up.

Children
This website is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
